This policy explains what personal data Quintãs Equestrian Center collects through this website, for what purposes, for how long, and what your rights are, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

Nettapus Tourism, Lda (NIPC 513876618), registered at Rua Fernandes Tomás, 224, 4000-208 Porto, Portugal, the company that operates Quintãs Equestrian Center (Rua dos Bombeiros Voluntários de Arouca, 159, Arouca). Privacy contact: reservations@quintasequestriancenter.com.

2. What data we collect and why

• Newsletter: email address. We use it to send news about the centre and its events. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• School and group registration (TANGANHO): name of the contact person, school or institution, email, phone, preferred performance, number of pupils and accompanying adults, and any accessibility needs. We use it to manage the registration. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not ask for pupils’ names or personal data.
• Sponsorship, stands and hospitality: name, email, phone, company, VAT number and message. We use it to reply to your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• Stable pre-booking (Winter Tour): this is done through a Google Forms form. The data you provide (name, email, phone, week, number and type of stables) is used to manage the booking and is also subject to Google’s privacy policy.
• Email enquiries: the data you send us is used only to reply.

Show tickets are sold by Ticketline, which is responsible for the data it collects in that process.

3. Cookies and statistics

We use cookies that are necessary for the website to work and, only with your consent, statistics cookies (Google Analytics, via Google Site Kit). You can accept, reject or change your choices at any time in the cookie banner.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by providers that help us run the website and events, always on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations: website hosting, email service, Google (Forms and Analytics) and equestrian federations, where necessary to organise competitions. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

5. How long we keep data

• Newsletter: until you withdraw your consent.
• Registrations, bookings and requests: up to 24 months after the event or the last contact, unless we are legally required to keep them longer (for example, for tax purposes).

6. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time by writing to reservations@quintasequestriancenter.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
